Staying Inspired

Taking time off work and getting away from my desk, not only leaves me feeling refreshed but helps me find so much fresh inspiration. So while we’re all getting back into the swing of things, if you’re like me, then you won’t want to lose that inspiration!

I’ve made a commitment to myself to schedule time and prioritise things that help me feel refreshed and give space to creativity and inspiration.

Here's a list of things I like to do to get inspired:

Take regular breaks when I’m at my desk and drink plenty of water and herbal tea

Get outside in nature - sunshine and fresh air are music to my soul

Reading books (currently reading Never Split the Difference by Chris Voss)

Courses - I love learning and expanding my knowledge so this helps me generate ideas too! One I am currently working through is a Packaging Design Course

Video call friends and family to catch up

Do pilates 3x a week (saying it here for accountability too!)

I love creating with my hands… baking, crafting, painting are all things that fit the bill and I can also do together with my little boy = win-win

And as a bonus… Here’s one of a podcasts I’ve been listening to lately. Do You… Mind?

What do you do to spark your creativity? What else can I add to my list?
